UPS is know as the company that loves logistics. Their commercials are catchy and unique, you can see one here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRAHa_Po0Kg. Traditionally we see UPS as merely the company that sends our packages, and not much more. UPS does more than that. In the article “Living in Dell Time” Dell was able to book airplanes to temporally get around the dock workers strike. This is a large portion of what UPS does. As such they commission a series of surveys to determine what companies priorities are in the area of logistics. These two studies look specifically at the changes in high-tech Asia markets.
