What are the benefits of having one supplier? Is adding additional suppliers harder to maintain?-especially when it comes to keeping track of quality and performance standards?
In addition, if you are operating a significantly older company and you have your suppliers established, when a new cheaper supplier comes around, should you change suppliers? Would it create animosity or break the trust you have created with your old supplier?
